All bookings are confirmed against Advance Payment.
Guests are advised to carry an identity proof at the time of check in.
As a courtesy to fellow guests, we do not allow drivers to stay in the hotel. The hotel has no provision for their stay and meals. However, should you need alternative accommodation, we would be happy to help you.
In the rare case that due to unforeseen circumstances we cannot deliver your requested accommodation, you will be offered alternative accommodation or a full refund.
100% Cancellation fee if cancelled within 15 days of The Check in.
In case of premature departure, 100% of package cost for Days not availed shall be forfeited.

Check-In-13:00 Hours Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation is needed to be made starting from the previous night.
Check-Out-11:00 Hours Later check-outs are available on request and subject to availability.

child up to 5 years of age can stay in the parent’s room without an additional charge. Guests are advised to keep Age Proof of child who are below 5 years as hotel may ask for the same, if child seems to be older. If Guest is unable to produce the proof, then hotel has right to charge for meals for the child.
Extra adult in the room will be charged @ 30 % of the Room tariff. Extra bedding will be provided along.
